After a lightning packed week 1 of high school football action, the Z88 game of the week returns to Green High School as the Bulldogs host the Akron Garfield Rams.
On the call will be myself "The Big Chief" Ian Tayek with Mike Durst doing color. Pregame show starts at 6:45 with kickoff being at 7.
Garfield comes into the game 0-1 coming off a tough 31-28 loss to Akron Hoban. They are led by one of the top seniors in the state Tyson Gulley and sophomores in the state brother Toneo Gulley. Green also comes into the game 0-1. As they dropped a close game down in Lake 21-7 last Friday night. They have a lot of depth in the skill positions as they are led by seniors Vito Gironda and Javon Tate. Look for a lot of scoring tonight as both teams bring in very good offenses.
